Events of all sorts are in our blood. Our people have backgrounds in hospitality, arts and entertainment. We see where the action is and we see where the emotion is. As an event manager, you get to see how successful your event really is.
Shooting events requires as much freedom of movement as possible. We bring minimal equipment so we are free to move. The more access we can get to restricted areas means more candid shots from fresh angles.
We can also set up a static Photo Booth that is manned throughout the entire event.
Post is, as they say, where the magic happens. An event could include upwards of 2,000 photographs. It will take time to sift through the images to find the best. Once selected, images are edited to really shine.
Once the final edits have been completed, we post your photos into a private or public gallery on this website. We give you a password, if required, to ensure privacy (which you can share around). Your package will include a selection of social media and print-ready files. We can also arrange beautiful art prints. Simply let us know when you've made your selections and we'll handle the rest.
Before we shoot, we always have a no obligation meeting where we discuss the fine details. This chat covers everything that you and we need to know. We like to make sure we all know what to expect from each other.
We select the best images from the day and present them to you via our client portal. You can then select social media sized files and print-ready files - the quantities depend on the agreed price and the scope of the event. Once selected, we will further edit to make them really shine for you.
Professional photo shoots don't come cheap, but they don't need to be extortionate either. We charge $100 per hour of shooting, per photographer. Our rates are for the shoot only. All other activities are included in the shoot price. We pay our artists and consultants above industry rates to ensure a quality product.
